Really comfortable and supportive. Got used to it pretty quick.

Unfortunately, I was unable to use it. I have a misshapen vertebra due to a healed fracture. This is right in the middle of my back. After lying on it the first night, I woke up in the middle of the night in serious pain. I'm sure it would of great benefit to those with different back conditions. So disappointing.
