Van Conversion Foam Cut To Size UK

We specialise in cut foam to size for van conversions including foam for mattresses, bedding & seating. We offer a large range of foams that can be cut to your desired thickness and size.

We also cut foam for motor homes, camper vans, caravans, static caravans, pop-up’s, boats, yachts and anything else you can think of.

We can cut to template at no extra charge (you just purchase the foam and all cutting is included). This allows you to have foam cut around any wheel arches, cupboards and other recesses.

We can also cut your foam into sections if you need it to be folded/stacked away.

If you are local to us (outskirts of Plymouth) come into our factory show room. We have a range of foams at different thicknesses that can be sat on until you find one you are happy with. Typically, with van conversions foam is cut at 4” (10cm) thickness.
